Turns out I’m doing exactly what you are talking about. Along with my parter we are launching a site and documenting everything we come up against along the way. Taking a “no cost” approach to startup and sharing everything in a blog at http://blog.pokertechreviews.com . We’re still in the development stage and won’t launch for a few more months but the business plan and a few updates are already posted.
